A family secret and direct from Italy, only the Pota family knows how to make these sauces from scratch. When asked, they’re not sharing. Depending on the mood, and the wine choice of course, this choice really makes the meal. Our personal favorite is the marinara sauce. This robust sauce is packed full of flavor and perfectly complements every pasta. Second favorite is the Alfredo. A creamy and rich combination of the finest cheeses available, it’s a house specialty and a guest favorite too.
