Anna Marie’s is famous for its pizza, pasta and homemade sauces. Having and executive Chef from Italy always helps because he knows all the old world secrets. It’s what makes our restaurant stand out from the rest. While we do make some of the best Italian food in Las Vegas, did you know… Anna Marie’s dessert menu is of this world?
The house specialty is the Ricotta Cheesecake. Made with the freshest ingredients, Chef Raffaele personally creates each cheesecake by hand. This isn’t just a dessert it’s a labor of love. While a little time consuming to make, the results are undeniably good.
In addition to the cheesecake, the dessert menu offers traditional Italian desserts like the Grande Canoli and Tiramisu. The Canoli is sweet cream filling and semi sweet chocolate chips drizzled with chocolate sauce and dusted with powdered sugar. As for the Tiramisu, rum soaked lady fingers topped with cream and dusted with cocao are always a favorite.
While we also offer a chocolate mousse cake and a fruit sorbet (assorted flavors), the Spumoni Bomba is becoming the favorite of our regulars. This ball of strawberry, pistachio and chocolate gelato is coated with chocolate and drizzled with white chocolate. It’s a dessert so big, you can share.
We hope you enjoy our tour of the “dessert menu” and you find time to stop by and see us soon.
